We’re actually working on something to better differentiate whether HD is on or off. No release date yet for this, but we’re aware that it’s not 100% clear and we want to fix it.

Our player defaults to be HD-off on our destination site, but as a producer you can create a custom embeddable player that defaults to HD-on by setting the player’s Preferred Role to “Blip HD 720”.
