Include as much information as you can, eg. what FTP client are you using and how big was your file size, etc. If you have screenshots of your problem, send those along as well. We’re actually working on something to better differentiate whether HD is on or off. No release date yet for this, but we’re aware that it’s not 100% clear and we want to fix it.
Our player defaults to be HD-off on our destination site, but as a producer you can create a custom embeddable player that defaults to HD-on by setting the player’s Preferred Role to “Blip HD 720”.
