Where’s the beef? Live at 11pm EST at The Chris Gethard Show!
They’ve had a month to train, get zen, make videos, and marinate - and now it’s time to see what the hunkiest, manliest, beefiest members of the TCGS family are made of. (Hopefully it’s beef.)
What makes a Beef Off? No one is positive, but rest assured, we’ll find out together tonight. Join us to see whether Jersey Dave, Ken Beck, Rob Malone, Andrew “Hot Dog” Parrish, or Jesse VandenBergh take home the coveted crown of cow.
With all this, plus the world premiere of Cock Cutters 2 and musical guest Moisture - There’s no excuse to miss this one.
Influenced by Prince and Stevie Wonder, Kimbra shot to fame earlier this year when she appeared covered only in body paint in Gotye’s video for ‘Somebody that I Used to Know’. In the months that followed, the New Zealand native was at the centre of a record label bidding war and has since worked with producers of The Prodigy and Bjork records, as well as Tim Burton, to add to her eclectic sound. Crane.tv meets Kimbra at The Queen of Hoxton in East London to find out how she channelled loneliness and frustration into her debut album, before getting an exclusive performance of her single ‘Two Way Street’.

The Aviation Orange - BTR Live Studio [ep152]
The Aviation Orange is a Brooklyn-based quintet with significant praise and experience for a relatively young group. With dueling male-and-female vocals, the band approaches their indie synth-pop with startling musical precision, building a sound that references the past yet still sounds modern. Fresh off the July release of the digital album, However Wild, the group plans to head back into the studio this fall, and shares some of those new songs with us for the first time in this episode of BTR Live Studio.
Featured song: “Nostalgia Kills”
The Aviation Orange’s 10-song digital album, However Wild, is available on iTunes.
