The web is delivering mainstream entertainment and all the mainstream media companies are chiming in. We might call the new movement in web video as “Digital Hollywood!” (more info)

   Do dates in sketch comedy ever go well?

   Toby tries to save money by using a Groupon. Needless to say, it doesn’t go well.
6. Dick Punch: Deus Ex Mommymus
   Upon learning that their mother has suddenly moved to Florida, Josh and Ian grapple with her terrifying ultimatum: get jobs or get out of my apartment! This series starts REALLY strong.
7. RedLetterMedia: Half in the Bag Episode 37: Step Up Revolution
   Mike and Jay have finally arrived at the VCR Repair Shop and use the opportunity to discuss the latest Step Up film in great detail for an extended period of time, with absolutely no distractions or surprise cameos. NONE. Zero. Nada. No cameos to speak of. WINK. Get it?

   Two dudes talk about their dudes.
9. David Mitchell’s SoapBox: Pointy Shoes
   As pointy as shoes can be, David Mitchell is the master of pointlessness.

In the finale, our hobbits attempt to take a shortcut through private property as they make their way to Mount Doom.

WATCH NOW ON BLIP: Episode 4 - Finale

To celebrate the release of The Hobbit this month, Kerry Shawcross and Chris Demarais, two of Rooster Teeth’s producers, will do in six days what took Frodo and Sam three movies to complete. They will walk the 120+ mile journey across New Zealand from the filming location of Hobbiton in Matamata to the filming location of Mount Doom, Mount Ngauruhoe. They will sleep on the ground, cross rivers, and of course, eat Lembas Bread.

Documenting the entire journey on video, Kerry and Chris will prove that one does simply walk into Mordor.
